Required Documents:

  • Valid Residence Visa:

    Copy of the mother’s UAE residence visa
  • Salary Certificate:

    Issued by the employer, stating the mother’s salary.
  • Tenancy Contract:

    Registered with Ejari or proof of property ownership.
  • Child’s Birth Certificate:

    Attested and translated into Arabic
  • Passports:

    Copies of the mother’s and child’s passports.
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC):

    From the father, if applicable.
  • Bank Account Details:
    IBAN number of the mother’s UAE bank account.

No Objection Certificate (NOC) Requirements:

  • Married Mothers:
    • Husband Inside UAE: NOC must be attested by a Notary Public or Dubai Court.
    • Husband Outside UAE: NOC must be attested by the UAE Embassy in the husband’s country and the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • Divorced Mothers: Provide a court-issued custody verdict, attested and translated into Arabic.
  • Single Mothers: Submit a custody certificate from a local authority or an affidavit from the consulate, attested and translated into
